Exercising Without Even Knowing



With many ways to exercise, there is no room for excuses. Whether you run around with your kids or do to a kickboxing class, the important thing is that you move.
I am here to break down some common “I don’t like…” statements with ways to change your train of thought.

First I want you to remember one simple thing

Exercise is any activity that elevates your resting heart rate and takes your body outside of its comfort zone.

If you don’t like to run, don’t do it.

For some of us we will not run more than a mile and that is fine. However, you can keep running that mile, just run it faster each time, or lengthen your stride, pretend you are playing the guitar to your music and just jam out, etc. Whatever it may be just have fun with your surroundings. Try a dance class, plyojam, pound, or dodgeball.
