This workout is presented in two circuits. Each circuit will take 5 minutes to run through; you’ll do each one twice. I recommend Circuit 1 two times through and then circuit 2 two times through. You’ll perform the exercise for 45 seconds and take a 15 second rest before moving on to the next exercise. Shapely legs here we come!!
