Oh these scary summer beats! A couple of days back I went out for a jog in the evening and I didn’t realize the heat until I was experiencing a throbbing headache, a bit of light dizziness and my throat felt like a dried leaf. That was when I truly experienced the evening 5’0 clock sun.
