I’ve heard it from so many people.
“I can only work out if I get it done as soon as I get up in the morning.”
“If I wait until after work or later in the day to work out, it just keeps on being pushed back .
Basically everyone I talk to says that working out in the morning is the best way to ensure that it gets done.
But of course, the problem is that most of us are faced with busy mornings. If you’re a mom, you’re dealing with getting kids up and ready to get out the door. Getting yourself ready. Packing lunches. Making breakfasts. So many things are going on in the morning, and finding the time to workout just doesn’t happen for a lot of people.
So how are you to make a morning workout happen? You get up even EARLIER than you’re already getting up. (and this is the moment that I lose half of you because you think getting up even earlier is just a joke.)
I personally am a workout-right-after-work kind of girl, but I do have experience with waking up earlier than everyone, when most of the country is still snoozing away. I wake up at 4:00 am almost every morning so that I can reach my goals, and I wanted to share my tips with you so that you can begin reaching your health and fitness goals. Waking up early is not something that has come easy for me. I didn’t used to be a morning person. This didn’t just come naturally to me. But after about a month of practice and work, I was able to say that 4-4:30 am was my new morning wake-up time. I have now been setting my alarm for 3:50 am for about 9 months and couldn’t be happier about the few extra hours I get every morning just to myself.
