Total Body Gym Workout with Supersets



If you feel anything like I do, your gym time is precious. You only get it a couple of times a week so when it’s your time to get there you want to maximize every second of it. This is the exact situation I found myself in last week! I had about an hour and wanted to give myself a good, total-body workout. In all humility, I came up with a pretty good one! I’m sharing it with you today as the newest “What I Worked Wednesday” gym workout – hope you guys are ready for this one!

You guys know me by now – I’m all about circuit training and supersets to maximize my time in the gym. Basically you perform alternating exercises for different muscle groups as quickly as you can with minimal rest periods between sets (your “rest” for group A happens while you’re doing the exercise for group B).
