10 Minute Full Body Workout



So I know how it is to feel like you have absolutely no time to work out. Most days for me I wish there was more hours in the day! But we all know that isn’t going to happen anytime soon.

I noticed that once I got into a routine of adding a short 10 minute workout to my day I found it impossible to skip. I mean who doesn’t have 10 minutes they could spare!

Maybe it isn’t that you don’t have time, but maybe the problem is that you just don’t enjoy working out, and going to the gym for an hour seems like as close to hell as humanly possible. Well trust me, if you can suffer through a 10 minute workout you will be so much happier with your life! These 10 minutes are going to the best part of your entire day!

1. You want to start off with a small warm up to get your heart rate up! My favorite is jumping jacks! 60 seconds is plenty for this short workout.

2. Next you want to do some wall sits. If you can get through 2 sets of 30 seconds definitely do that, if you are finding it too hard at the beginning drop it to 3 sets of 20 seconds.

3. Push Ups! 3 Sets of 10! If you need to keep your knees on the floor that is fine just make sure you are doing them properly.

4. Crunch. 3 sets of 15.

5. Chair Step Ups! Do as many as you can do in 60 seconds (no stopping) but try to aim for at least 20! Repeat with the other leg!

6. Squats! 3 sets of 10!

7. Triceps Dips. The easiest thing to use at home is a chair. Do 3 sets of 10.

8. Plank. If you can do 30 seconds at a time great! do that twice. If not do 3 sets of 20 seconds.

9. High Knees. Stand in one spot and do this for 60 Seconds with no stopping.

10. Lunges. 3 sets of 10. Repeat with the other leg!
