4 Best Bodyweight Exercises When Start Working Out



My favorite people to train are people new to fitness or new again to fitness.  This is one of the reasons I named this “Endeavor Fitness”, because I want to help people start their fitness “endeavor” if you will. One of the most frequent questions that I get is “Where do I start?”   This is the most frequent question that I get, but it usually doesn’t come out like this.  It usually is asked as, “How do I get  like you?” or “What kind of workouts do you do?” or comments like “I don’t know what to do when I go to the gym.” 

There are 4 body weights moves that pack major bang for their buck.  They can be done anywhere at anytime.   These moves are great because we work multiple muscle groups at the same time.  If you ever take a bootcamp class, these will be included. When you are starting a fitness journey, work on mastering these first.  What are these 4 moves?  You probably have heard of them before.  My four body basics moves are: squats, lunges, planks, and push ups.
