Overall, this change in lifestyle has been really good for me. I have more energy, I’m sleeping better, my clothes fit me, and I like what I see when I look in the mirror, but while I’m not one to sit and dwell on my imperfections (spoiler alert: that was a lie), I really wish I could find the motivation to add an ab workout to my routine.
The only problem is that sit-ups make me want to cry, so I have avoided them like the plague since before I can remember, but after watching a very fit and beautiful gal at my gym working her abs STANDING UP a few weeks ago, I decided to poke around on YouTube and see if I could find any at-home ab workouts I could stomach.
