My wife has always loved to be active. We’ve gone to the gym together for as long as I can remember. That woman can do 30+ minutes on any piece of cardio equipment and that would be considered a good warm up. Since starting Tone and Tighten, however, I’ve convinced her of the marvel that is strength and resistance training. 
It’s been amazing to see what she’s done in the last year and I’m so proud of her!
