The other day I was in the gym without a lot of time. It was supposed to be shoulder day, but wanting to maximize my time I turned my workout into a total body shredder with a shoulder emphasis! It went so well that later I grabbed a buddy and a camera so I can walk you through it!
So there are really only three exercises to this workout. All of them are similar motions, but with a slight variation to each one that works your muscles just a little bit differently.
